In provincia di Bologna in mostra le citta’ di ‘Very Slow Italy’
le città del buon vivere in mostra nel prossimo week end in provincia di Bologna a Castel San Pietro Terme. Eco-gastronomia e buon vivere sono per gli organizzatori di Very Slow Italy due concetti inscindibili che valorizzano il territorio e fanno anche da motore economico
Castel San Pietro Terme. Sarà una festa tutta da gustare, e non solo, il sesto Festival di primavera delle città slow italiane, che da venerdì 1 Aprile a domenica 3 dello stesso mese animerà il centro storico della città. Manifestazione che richiama annualmente, nel caratteristico comune di Castel San Pietro Terme, in provincia di Bologna, decine di migliaia di persone. L’appuntamento più amato dai castellani ospiterà stand, mercatini ed iniziative di 15 città italiane inserite nella lista di "Very Slow Italy", ovvero la rete internazionale delle città del buon vivere che applicano i concetti dell’eco-gastronomia alla pratica del vivere quotidiano. Le città slow hanno un ruolo fondamentale per la promozione del turismo in Emilia Romagna perché promuovono la genuinità dei prodotti e la qualità ambientale. L’evento, che è stato patrocinato dalla Provincia di Bologna, prevede una serie di iniziative tra cui esposizioni e vendita di prodotti eno-gastronomici e artigianali, mostre fotografiche, passeggiate nella natura, eventi sportivi e un convegno sul tema delle energie rinnovabili. "Very Slow Italy e’ uno degli eventi di punta della nostra regione – ha affermato Elio Rigillo, del coordinamento nazionale delle città slow – è una vetrina importante per far conoscere prodotti, città e piccole realtà del nostro territorio".(Maria Costanza Azzarone)
