In Cina nasce la citta’ ecologica e intelligente
Nasce una citta’ intelligente in Cina, si estendera’ per 30 chilometri quadrati e potra’ ospitare 350 mila abitanti. Stiamo parlando di un centro nei pressi di Tianjin
Stavolta non si tratta di utopia né di fantascienza, l’Eco-City di Tianjin sarà completata entro il 2020 (ma già entro l’anno prossimo dovrebbero essere pronti i primi 3 kmq) e si potrà agevolmente raggiungere sul territorio cinese perché a 150 chilometri da Pechino e a soli 40 da Tianjin, il terzo più importante centro della Cina.
Il progetto della metropoli risponde a tutte le priorità del governo cinese in materia di sviluppo urbano sostenibile: Eco-City sarà interconnessa, a misura d’uomo e soprattutto energicamente efficiente grazie ad un sistema integrato di solare, eolico e micro-idroelettrico.
Neppure lo skyline lascerà a desiderare: uno scenario avveneristico, da lasciare a bocca aperta, che seguirà un modello di sviluppo verticale caratterizzato da importanti aree verdi.
La città sarà divisa in distretti specializzati, corrispondenti a diversi “eco-paesaggi”. Il galleggiante Solarscape sarà il cuore pulsante della città, affiancato dal lussureggiante Lifescape, immerso nel verde, e dal vero e proprio centro urbano basato sul concetto di città compatta multistrato, Urbanscape.
Più in periferia si troverà Earthscape, con un’architettura tipicamente cinese e il Windscape che conserverà intatto il secolare borgo di Qingtuozi. Quattro “Eco-Corridors” tematici collegheranno la città come strade consolari e creeranno suggestivi percorsi pedonali, ciascuno con una propria flora e fauna, per tutelare la biodiversità.
