La Compagnia vince con un progetto innovativo di regolazione automatica che permette di ridurre sprechi e assicurare una maggiore qualità di gestione della rete elettrica

È stato consegnato all’ingegnere Lorenzo Artaz, Direttore Operativo di CVA SpA, e al team Innovation Research & Development della Funzione dell’ingegneria Elettromeccanica, il Premio innovazione SMAU 2019, destinato alle realtà altamente innovative. La premiazione è avvenuta lo scorso 22 ottobre durante lo SMAU Live Show di Milano.

Il progetto premiato riguarda la realizzazione di software di regolazione automatica – il Regolatore di Velocità/Frequenza e quello di Tensione, a cui è stata aggiunta l’Automazione di Gruppo. Questi programmi, inseriti, in piattaforme hardware selezionate, consentono il controllo automatizzato del gruppo di generazione idroelettrico e, con una interfaccia utente più semplice e affidabile, assicurano livelli di regolazione più precisi e attendibili, con un miglioramento delle qualità di gestione della rete elettrica e la riduzione di perdite di energia e fuori servizi.

Ma, non è tutto, il team Innovation, infatti, non si è fermato al perimetro della centrale idroelettrica, ha anche realizzato la prima Automazione delle Opere di Presa e controllo automatico del Deflusso Minimo Vitale, denominato AUTOP. “Questo sistema è stato applicato, per il momento, a bordo del grande sbarramento sul fiume Dora Baltea sito a Pont Saint Martin a servizio dell’impianto CVA di Quincinetto 2 e sullo sbarramento di Sarre a servizio dell’impianto CVA di Quart. – dice una nota CVA – Oggi è in corso lo sviluppo del Regolatore di Impianto (di cui il primo prototipo di Regolatore di Livello è già pienamente in servizio sull’impianto di Hone 1) – collocato gerarchicamente al di sopra delle automazioni di gruppo e punto di confine tra controllo locale e remoto – che consentirà il funzionamento in totale autonomia dell’impianto idroelettrico”.

Il progetto, nelle sue diverse fasi, prevede, infine di lavorare sul controllo automatico della generazione idroelettrica. Obiettivo da raggiungere per il 2021 sull’impianto idroelettrico di Signayes.

Il Gruppo CVA rappresenta un’importante realtà nel panorama italiano e europeo delle aziende che producono energia utilizzando acqua, sole e vento. Il progetto premiato è un ulteriore passo avanti da parte del Gruppo CVA verso l’innovazione e l’attenzione alla propria clientela.
